StoneCrest’s staff is available 24 hours a day to assess potential patients for admission to our center. By completing thorough assessments that address all areas of an individual’s physical and mental health, we are able to determine the most appropriate level of care that will meet the needs of those who come through our doors. These assessments include nursing assessments, psychiatric evaluations, psychosocial assessments, nutritional assessments, and any additional assessments that address current concerns.
We also have well-established guidelines for those requiring involuntary admission and collaborate with outside resources and community agencies to ensure that any and all needs are addressed. Criteria for admission to StoneCrest Center includes:
- Those at risk for harm to self or others
- Those struggling with psychiatric illnesses
- Those with substance abuse concerns
- Those with degenerative cognitive disorders
- Those grappling with an Autism Spectrum disorder
Our team of nurses, social workers, and psychiatrists will work closely with potential patients and their support systems to make the admission process as smooth as possible. An assessment can be scheduled by calling our center or by simply walking in to StoneCrest and requesting an assessment.
