The Inspirations program at StoneCrest is a specialized program designed for developmentally disabled individuals who suffer with behavioral health issues. Through a variety of treatment methods including group therapy, expressive arts, therapeutic recreation, and medication management patients can learn the tools needed to live a higher quality of life. Additionally, the Inspirations program at StoneCrest Center is uniquely designed to support the patient’s individual sensory issues and each patient will work one-on-one with a therapist in our sensory room. This program provides our patients with every opportunity to achieve their highest potential so they may return to their respective community. In turn, these patients display improved response to treatment with ultimately higher levels of functioning upon discharge.
Patients requiring admission to Inspirations have a primary mental health diagnosis and may be diagnosed with one or more of the following:
- Mild to severe mental impairment
- Developmental delay
- Sensory processing disorders
- Cerebral Palsy
- Autism Spectrum Disorders
