Brendon Whitney
Director of Utilization Management
Brendon has 9 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, he started with Stonecrest as the Director of Utilization Management in September of 2023. Brendon has an extensive history in Inpatient Behavioral Health Utilization Management in prior positions at Beaumont Behavioral Health and Havenwyck Hospitals from 2018 until 2023. He has worked in various areas of his profession including Utilization Care Manager (Macomb County Community Mental Health 2016-2018) and operating his own private practice therapy clinic from 2014-2018.  Brendon received his master’s In Counseling Psychology at Oakland University in 2014.
